9TH SENATE DISTRICT (A portion of Macomb County)

Current senator: The current senator for the 9th District is Sen. Paul Wojno (D-Warren). The district includes Center Line, Eastpointe, Fraser, Roseville and Warren. Wojno served as Warren city clerk for eights years, according to his campaign. Before that position, he served Warren and Center Line for three terms as a member of the state House from 1996 to 2002.

Sen. Wojno was elected to the Michigan Senate in 2018, taking office in 2019.
