Current representative: The current representative for the 69th District is Rep. Sam Singh (D-East Lansing). The district includes East Lansing, Haslett, Okemos, Williamstown Twp. and Locke Twp., according to the House Democrats. Singh was elected leader of the House Democratic caucus in November 2016. He is currently the House minority leader. He was first elected to the House in 2012.
