Current representative: The current representative for the 95th District is Rep. Vanessa Guerra (D-Saginaw). The district includes the cities of Saginaw and Zilwaukee and the townships of Bridgeport, Buena Vista, Carrollton, James, Kochville, Spaulding and Zilwaukee townships, according to the House Democrats. During the 2015-2016 session, she was a member of the Communications and Technology, Criminal Justice and Judiciary committees. She was first elected in 2014.
