15TH SENATE DISTRICT (A portion of Oakland County)

Current senator: The current senator for the 15th District is Sen. Jim Runestad (R-White Lake). The district includes Commerce Twp., Milford Twp., Northville, Novi, Walled Lake, West Bloomfield Twp. and White Lake Twp. According to his official website, Runestad has operated his own insurance company, Runestad Financial Associates LLC.

Sen. Runestad was first elected to the Senate in 2018, after serving in the Michigan House.

Sen. Runestad raises money through a candidate committee, Elect Jim Runestad for State Senate. In March 2018, he launched a leadership PAC called Run Michigan Right Fund. He previously raised money through a House candidate committee, Friends of Jim Runestad.
